At Clip N’ Climb Stockton you have to be 4 and above to climb.
Customers that are not climbing do not have to pay and can enjoy the café and viewing area that is located next to the arena.
We regret that food and drink purchased elsewhere may not be consumed on the Clip N’ Climb premises. The only exception to this is baby food. This policy is necessary for us to comply with our liability insurance and to ensure we adhere to local health and safety regulations.
We do have a on-site cafe available that offers a wide range of hot and cold food & beverage options.
No. All bookings have limited availability and bookings are therefore non-refundable. Bookings may be changed to a different date if we are given at least 4 hours’ notice.
The weight limit to use the climing walls is 150kg/ 22 stone.
Clip ‘n Climb is designed to be fun for EVERYONE regardless of ability! The difficulty of our challenges vary so there’s something for everyone to have a go at, from beginners to experts. Our staff will also be there to assist with those less confident.
70-75 Minutes – Sessions comprise of a 10-15 minute safety briefing and harness fitting, followed by 55 minutes in the arena and 5 mins to debrief and remove your harnesses.
Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes before your session so we can ensure you are signed in and ready for briefing.
Yes, we have limited parking at the back and side of the centre. Please ensure you arrive in enough time so you can find a place in close proximity to the centre. PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN ‘MITSUBISHI CHEMICAL’ CAR PARK. (This is located next door).
Please wear comfortable clothing and trainers.
Open toed shoes, flip flops, boots, crocs, rock shoes or heels are not permitted in the climbing arena.
Long hair must be tied back and all loose jewellery, hats or hooded tops must be removed prior to climbing for safety reasons.
No, equipment is provided by us and there are no additional hire fees for this.
The Clip’ N Climb Arena is all on the ground floor and we have all necessary Disabled Parking and toilet facilities.
Yes, we have small lockers available in our café that are free to use. They are big enough for coats or a small bag, however require a £1 deposit for them to work. Please be aware there is a £5 charge if a locker key is lost.
Yes, we sell gift vouchers. They can be bought on the book now online checkout on our website or can be bought on-site. All vouchers have an expiry of 1 year after the selected date.
